Villa Vallmo is the new house that has been specially designed exclusively for JB Villan by Swedish international star architect Thomas Sandell. The prefab house is inspired by traditional Swedish manor buildings and barns but at the same time very modern, comfortable and equipped to the highest standards. The first copy of Villa Vallmo we have built in Bråbacka Tibro, beautifully situated overlooking Lake Örlen, with detached garage and storage room.
Villa Vallmo is a very attractive and very affordable alternative for you who are interested in contemporary Swedish architecture of the highest class where modernity and tradition unite in a beautiful whole, in harmony with our Swedish nature. In the Garden City in Skövde, beautifully situated in a scenic area, we have built a prefab house that meets tomorrow's energy requirements already today. With solar cells, a high-efficiency heat pump and a number of innovative planning solutions and material choices, we have reduced energy consumption to less than one third of today's minimum requirements - 17 kWh / year versus 55 kWh / year. About JB Villan
JB Villan is a company based on trust between us and our customers. When you build your new prefab home, you must have a partner that you can trust in every respect. Seriousness, quality, courage, responsibility and a positive attitude are our core values.
We built our first prefab house in 1998 and have since grown step by step, solely because our customers have recommended us to their relatives, friends and acquaintances. We didn't need any other marketing. Nowadays we build about 90 prefab houses a year. In total we have built over 700 prefab houses. These figures have made us a market leader in Skaraborg County.
At JB Villan we work without a fixed house catalog. This is to keep costs down and to offer you as customers greater choice and flexibility in the design of your prefab house. You can choose from a large number of our previously built prefab house models and combine things you like from different houses. Based on your wishes and needs, we together design your prefab house individually to optimally fit your site and your living conditions.
At JB Villan we build our exterior walls in a dry and clean environment in our modernly equipped factory in Gudhem outside Falköping. We then transport the prefab house and get it tight within 2-3 working days. We have all the resources within the company - excavators and other machinery and all necessary employees, carpenters, tilers and painters. Our business concept is to assume total responsibility for the construction of quality prefab houses - from drawings to turnkey houses. Our craftsmen are a welded bunch of skilled professionals with great professional skill, many of whom have worked for JB Villan for a long time.
At JB Villan, we also undertake assignments outside Skaraborg County upon request. Together with our customers, we arrive at the optimal form of cooperation for each such assignment.

Our founders - Jan-Bertil Ingerhage and Christin Gullbrandsson
Our founder and co-owner Jan-Bertil Ingerhage has spent his entire adult life selling houses for various companies. His father was also a home salesman at the time. Jan-Bertil has a solid ability to sell and coordinate the construction of quality houses. Christin Gullbrandsson has worked in the housing industry for over twenty years. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family and throughout her professional life has run companies in various industries.
In 1998, Jan-Bertil got the idea to build the first JB villa in Lidköping. He quickly sold the house and since then the business has rolled on by our customers recommending JB Villan to their relatives and friends. The company and its business have grown organically. We have sometimes had up to two years of waiting time for delivery of our prefab houses.
JB Villan is still run as a family business by Jan-Bertil and Christin. Our ideals have also remained the same over the years - personal service, highest quality at every level and total responsibility towards the customer at an attractive and competitive price. We are proud that we maintain a strong family feeling in our company with our wonderful employees and our dear customers. Our head office and factory, which we inaugurated in 2012, are located in the village of Gudhem outside Falköping, where Jan-Bertil grew up.

At our sales office in Trollhättan you will meet Michael Täng and Richard Täng who will help you create and build your dream prefab house. They sell JB Villan in Trollhättan, Vänersborg and Bohuslän. Michael has over twenty years of experience in house sales and prefab house building.
Our office in Gudhem
At our office in Gudhem, we welcome our customers to personal meetings. Here you meet our salesman Jan-Bertil Ingerhage. He gives you all the good advice and tips you need when you are about to make your life's investment. In the office you can see materials that are part of our standard version. Here you will meet our own tile maker Morgan who will guide you in tile selection. Åsa or Jonathan are drawing up your new building permit since you, with our advice, have decided how you want it. Adam then draws plumbing and counts on your heating. Cecilia prints the building permit and various documents. Marianne and Malin help you along the way with building permits, building consultations, choices, orders and more. There are also those who answer the phone when you call. Elizabeth schedules your prefab house in a schedule and appoints your craftsmen. Patrik works with purchasing and helps you with advice and prices for material selection. Anette is in charge of the economy and Christin Gullbrandsson is always there to help ensure that everything flows smoothly during construction. Welcome to us in Gudhem!
Our prefab factory in Gudhem
In our new prefab factory in Gudhem, which we inaugurated in 2012, we manufacture all the prefab wall blocks and gable tips indoors in dry fine premises. Our skilled craftsmen make sure that the prefab wall blocks fit perfectly when we are installing the prefab house. Our production is flexible and is directly adjacent to our office. This means that we can immediately adapt and adjust production according to the wishes of our customers. Patrik is responsible for the factory. In our factory, Aarno, Marek, Simon, Martin, Reiner, Henrik, Richard, Niklas, Andreas and Tommy work.
Our craftsmen
At JB Villan, we always work with the same welded team of craftsmen out in our prefab house construction. Our craftsmen have worked with us for many years and know how every detail of the construction process works. This solid experience provides many coordination effects in favor of you as customers. Each of our craftsmen has great professional pride and is very passionate about the result, which is a guarantee of the highest quality. In our workforce we have everything from excavators to carpenters, painters and tile workers. We also work with subcontractors for electricity, plumbing and construction. Most of these we have worked with for a long time, in many cases ever since the start.
